Gary Tanner has a vision. The veteran producer and former porn star wants to make a new adult feature, with actors recruited from the local university. He has also hired a feminist writer/director, Samantha Blake, in order to bring some credibility to his "intimacy video." Entitled, "A Mid-Summer Night's Cream," Samantha's script utilizes Elizabethan romance and language in a modern day setting, and promises more substance than flair, more emotion than nudity. In addition, a documentary crew, headed by Stacy Chang, will be following the exploits of the production. Stacy manages to capture some behind-the-scenes footage of cast changes, rampant drug usage, fights, spats, and other explosive conflicts that plague this seemingly doomed production. |
